I am passionate about gut health and know from personal experience the distress it can cause, physically, mentally, and emotionally. I have achieved relief from my own symptoms following a low FODMAP diet which has been personalized to meet my own unique food tolerances. My goal is to help others on their path to improved health and happiness.
I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, licensed in the state of Minnesota with 12 years of experience in the field of nutrition.
